Ironwood Self-Hosting Group LLC provides consulting and managed services for secure remote access and self-hosted infrastructure, including Windows remote desktop setup, self hosted remote desktop deployments, and open source remote desktop evaluation.
You agree to use any configuration, runbook, or guidance we provide only on systems you own or are authorized to manage. We do not provide tools for unauthorized access to any network.
We bring experience and care, but we do not guarantee specific performance, uptime beyond any written SLA, or particular business results.
We may help you evaluate or deploy third-party and open source software. Those products are governed by their own licenses, and we are not responsible for their terms or behavior.
Documentation, runbooks, and architecture we create for you are licensed for your internal use. Our underlying methods and templates remain ours.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States, and disputes are subject to the state and federal courts located there.
